Title

Write an abstract in few lines or a paragraph.
Abstract should mention about your research in brief.
In the abstract mention what you are going to discuss in the paper.
What algorithm, technique or methodology you have used in the work you are going to write.
How you used the technique or methodology.
What you have researched and what you have found after the research.
Discuss all these in one or two sentences.

One paragraph is enough for the abstract.

Introduction

How do you write an introduction for a research paper

Give a brief introduction of the title and the topic under researched.
Read your title clearly and describe each and every term used in the title separately.
Also, explain complete title of the paper as a whole in detail.
Explain all the major terms under studied in the introduction.
Give the introduction of the methodology, techniques, algorithms you applied in the study.

Mention all these in different paragraphs under different main headings, sub headings and sub sub headings and bullets points whatever the demand of the terms and topics under research.

Literature Survey

What is literature survey in research

Give a detail description of the existing literature presently available in all the resources studied.

Discuss all the literature survey in an order whether ascending order starting from the first research and then proceed the works of other researchers in an order or in the descending order.

Describe all the works of each researcher paragraph wise with their proper references. Mention reference in the end of the research paper.

Methodology

Describe methodology of your research in detail using diagrams, architecture, algorithms, code, etc.

Explain complete methodology, technique, algorithm you used while doing the research with the help of proposed architecture, mechanism, algorithm, etc. according to the need of the research under study.

Describe complete experiment, data flow, flowchart, etc., you used in the study.

Result and Discussion

Discuss result of you did. Discuss result using diagram, tables, graphs and other supporting material with proper captions, figure numbers, graph tittles and headings, etc. as the need of the study.

Conclusion

How to write a conclusion for a research paper

Conclude the topic in a paragraph. In this section answer the few questions in brief in one or two lines. What you studied? How you studied? What methodology, technique you used.

What you found after the research. What are the merits and challenges you faced during the study? What may be future work of the study that needs to be addressed by new researcher?

References

Write the references you referred for your research work in a proper format. The format may be IEEE format or the format used in your organization.

Research methodology is a process, technique, algorithm, or a method used by you in doing your research. According to the domain of the field of study this methodology varies.
